Community Guidelines

No Guarantees

Every individual experiences coaching and wellness services differently. We do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to improvements in health, healing, mindset, relationships, income, business success, or personal transformation.

Your results depend on many individual factors beyond our control, including your own participation, effort, circumstances, and decisions.

Accounts & Security

If you create an account to access our programs, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you agree to notify us promptly.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse our services.

Accuracy & Availability

We strive to provide accurate and current information. However, we do not warrant that all information on our website or within our programs will always be complete, accurate, or current.

We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, or remove any service, pricing, content, or offering at any time without prior notice.

Body & Brain LLC or its licensors and is protected under United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Purchases & Payments

By making a purchase, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

• All payment information submitted is accurate and complete.

• Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any purchase due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, availability issues, or violations of these Terms.

Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Failure to make payments may result in suspension of access until your account is brought current. Payment plan obligations remain due even if you stop participating in the program.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our educational materials and the time reserved for coaching and wellness services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

No refunds will be issued once access to digital materials has been granted or services have been scheduled or delivered.

If Align. Body & Brain LLC must reschedule a service or event due to circumstances beyond our control, your registration may be transferred to a future date or credited toward another offering at our discretion.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in wellness sessions, coaching, 1-1 sessions, mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques, or similar activities carries inherent risks.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in our services and accept full responsibility for your own health, well-being, and personal decisions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• uninterrupted access,

• availability,

• accuracy,

• reliability,

• security,

• or specific outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Align. Body & Brain LLC, its owner, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, coaching, wellness services, programs, or products.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
